Support that stays with the unit

Every visit, part and reading is recorded against your purifier's serial number — so its history follows the machine, not a folder of receipts.

What we do

From installation to the tenth filter change

One team handles fitting, servicing and maintenance, so nothing falls between a supplier and a contractor.

Installation

A technician fits the unit, connects the inlet and drain, checks for leaks and records the inlet and outlet TDS before leaving.

Filter replacement

Filters are consumables. Each unit has a replacement schedule tracked against its serial number, so a due date is never a guess.

Repairs

Pump, membrane, solenoid, tap or leak — every job is logged against the unit so its full history stays in one place.

Annual maintenance

An AMC covers the scheduled visits and the parts named in the plan. Coverage is decided when the request is raised, not at the end of the visit.

Warranty support

Warranty runs from the installation date and is tied to the serial number, so it travels with the unit rather than with a receipt.

Water testing

Inlet and outlet TDS are measured on every visit and recorded, so you can see what the unit is actually removing.

On the visit

The technician arrives already knowing your unit

Before anyone is assigned, the request already carries the unit's serial number, its warranty and AMC status, and everything done to it previously.

That matters most on a repeat fault: the person in front of you can see what was replaced last time instead of starting again.

How it works

Booking a service

  1. 1

    Call us

Ring +91 92251 90777 with your serial number — it is on the sticker on the unit.

  2. 2

    We schedule

A technician is assigned based on their service area and how many jobs they already have that day.

  3. 3

    The visit

Work done, parts replaced and TDS readings are all recorded against your unit.

  4. 4

    History kept

Every visit stays on the unit record, so the next technician can see what was done before.

Questions

Service and AMC

How do I know when my filters are due?
Each unit has a replacement schedule tracked against its serial number. We contact you when a change is approaching, and you can call and ask at any time.
What does an AMC cover?
The scheduled visits and the parts named in that specific plan. Coverage is decided when the request is raised, so you know before the technician arrives whether the visit is chargeable.
Will I be charged if the unit is still under warranty?
No. Warranty and AMC coverage is checked when the request is logged, and a covered visit cannot be billed afterwards.
What if the same fault keeps coming back?
Every visit is recorded against the unit, including the parts replaced and the readings taken, so a recurring fault is visible rather than being treated as a fresh problem each time.

Need a service visit?

Have your serial number ready and we can pull up the unit's full history while you are still on the call.
