The rules that apply when you buy from us, or join as a partner.
Pending legal review. These terms describe how the platform operates but are not yet a lawyer-reviewed contract. Commercial figures — commission rates, refund windows and AMC cover — are deliberately not reproduced here while the compensation plan is still awaiting sign-off.
Who we are
AquaMoney RO sells, installs and maintains water purification systems, and operates a partner programme for the sale of those products.
Your account
- You are responsible for keeping your password private. If you think someone else has it, reset it immediately — a reset signs out every device.
- Accounts are personal. You may not share, sell or transfer an account, and one person may not hold multiple partner accounts.
- Information you give us must be accurate. Verification failing because details were wrong will delay any payout.
Orders, delivery and installation
An order is confirmed when payment is received. Where a product requires installation, it is fitted by our technician, and the warranty runs from the installation date rather than the purchase date.
Warranty and service
Warranty length is stated on each product page and is tied to the unit's serial number. Whether a visit is covered under warranty or an AMC is determined when the request is raised. A visit determined to be covered cannot afterwards be billed.
Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, unauthorised repair, or consumables that have simply reached the end of their life — filters are consumables and are replaced on a schedule.
Refunds
Where a refund is agreed, it is recorded against the original order. If that order generated partner commission, the commission is reversed at the same time. Specific refund windows are set out in your order documentation.
Partner programme
- Partners are paid on products sold to genuine customers. There is no payment for joining, and no payment for introducing another partner on its own.
- No income is guaranteed. What you earn depends entirely on the sales you and your team make.
- KYC verification is required before any payout is released, and TDS is deducted where the law requires it.
- Misrepresenting the programme — including making income promises on our behalf — is grounds for termination.
- The compensation plan applying to you is the version provided in writing at registration. Changes are notified in advance.
Acceptable use
You may not attempt to gain access to accounts or data that are not yours, interfere with the service, or use it to break the law. Access is logged, and we act on what those logs show.
